What if someone is using my account without permission?
First thing’s first - change your password. To do this, you will need to log in to your Künstlr account. Click on your profile icon in the top right of the website header and go to 'My Account'. Once in 'My Account', click on 'Settings' where you will be able to change any of your profile information, including your associated email address and password. If activity on your account persists without you doing anything, please email your name, email address and information about the problem to to our support team at email@example.com. We aim to respond to all queries within 5 working days.
